Cancellation Policy, Product return And T&C's

Booking Fees

All prices displayed are starting prices and "may" change (this could be based on your hair thickness/length). Your stylist will provide an accurate quote once you have arrived for your appointment and discussed your hair goals.


When booking your appointment you agree to paying the booking fee to secure your appointment. 


Booking Fee varies, depending on the service booked & is advised upon booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation & No-Show Policy


  • Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled service.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
  • Please contact us by phone or in Studio during trading hours for any changes to your appointment.
  • Not show up to your appointment with any notice, deposit is  forfeited.


Your booking fee is transferable "If" you reschedule by phone accordingly. 


We ask that you contact us via phone during trading hours. 

Your booking Fee is transferable to a rescheduled appointment by phone the Studio.

Rescheduling of Appointments

Rescheduling Policy
At Lavender Jane Hair Studio, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. However, if you reschedule your appointment more than twice in a row, we reserve the right to require a deposit to secure any future bookings or your pre paid deposit forfeited.


Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a smooth booking process for all clients.

Refunds

For cancellations only, the booking fee may be refunded if more than 48hours’ notice is given to the salon via phone call.


We will not offer a refund if you simply change your mind about the service received or product purchased.

Adjustments or redo's

If you are dissatisfied with your results please call the salon directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 7 days or less of your hair appointment.

Redos are not provided if you “change your mind” or do not follow home hair care recommendations. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we need to fix any error in quality.

These services are complimentary unless we do new work that is outside what was discussed and agreed upon at your original appointment commencing.

Please note; concerns outside our 7 day period will be considered a regular appointment and will be charged accordingly.

Loyalty, Reward & Tiered

Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions Points Accrual: 

Points are earned on eligible purchases and automatically linked to your client profile.

Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Expiry: All points expire 12 months from the date earned.

Expired points cannot be reinstated or extended.

Rewards: Rewards unlock at specific point tiers and must be redeemed within 12 months. Rewards cannot be shared, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash or alternate services/products. Tier 

Validity: Once a tier is reached, benefits remain active for 12 months. Upgrading to a higher tier resets the 12-month period.

Usage: Rewards are for personal use only. Misuse or abuse (e.g. fraud or sharing perks) may result in removal from the program.

Modifications: The business reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty Program at any time without notice 

Product Return

Lavender Jane Hair Studio Product Refund & Return Policy

We at Lavender Jane Hair Studio are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our return policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining product integrity.

As your stylist we talk you through the products that we use on your hair on day of your appointment & advise that you feel the product in your hair prior to your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to accept returns for change of mind on products purchased within 14 days of the purchase date.

The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the manufacturer's seals intact.
  • All gift inclusions must be returned with the product.
  • Return shipping for change of mind purchases is at the buyer's expense.


Faulty Product Returns

If you encounter a faulty product, please contact us directly at the studio with the item and details of the fault. We will assist in resolving the issue.


Allergy Returns

In rare instances where you have experienced an allergic reaction:

  1. Immediately discontinue use of the product.
  2. Take a photo of the reaction and email it to us.
  3. The returned product must be less than 20% used.
